Who doesn’t love an Aussie BBQ during summer? Join us and learn to BBQ like a King or Queen. If you enjoy succulent seafood, tender meat, entertainers and avid barbecues alike join our Aussie BBQ masterclass.
Our chefs will walk you through the different styles of barbecue cooking techniques as you prepare succulent seafood, marinated and tender meats and the art of mastering the perfect steak.
The BBQ Menu will include; marinated kangaroo fillet skewers, lamb cutlets, beef sausages, T-bone steak, grilled barramundi, garlic and herb prawn skewers all served with a selection barbecue sides.
